The Annual General Meeting of Mips AB will be held on Thursday 23 April 2026 at 1.00 p.m. CEST at Mips’ head office in Täby, Sweden.
 
Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting are welcome to submit their proposal to the Board of Directors by email to legal@mipsprotection.com or by ordinary mail to Mips AB, Att: AGM 2026, Kemistvägen 1B, SE-183 79 Täby, Sweden.
 
In order for a matter to be addressed at the Annual General Meeting, the matter has to be received by the Board of Directors no later than on 5 March 2026.
