At the Annual General Meeting held on 23 April 2026, the accounting firm KPMG AB in its capacity as a registered public accounting firm was re-elected for the period until the 2027 Annual General Meeting with Christel Caldefors (authorized public accountant and member of FAR) as auditor-in-charge.
KPMG AB has been the company’s auditor since 2014.
The auditor is paid on account which is in line with resolution at the Annual General Meeting.
