MIPS AB (publ): Greg Shapleigh steps down from the Board of Directors of MIPS AB

Greg Shapleigh has informed MIPS AB ("MIPS") that he will assume a key position within the bicycle industry. Due to the risk of a potential conflict of interest, Greg Shapleigh has decided to resign from his board position at MIPS with immediate effect. Greg Shapleigh has previously also worked in a consultancy role for MIPS, an agreement which ended in June 2019.

"Greg has since he joined the Board of Directors of MIPS in 2018 been instrumental in providing important insights from the helmet industries and we thank him for his contribution and wish him all the best in his new challenge", says Magnus Welander, Chairman of MIPS.

MIPS' Board of Directors consists of five ordinary members after Greg Shapleigh's resignation.
