The Annual General Meeting of Mips AB will be held on Thursday 22 April 2027 at 1.00 p.m. CEST at Mips’ head office in Solna, Sweden.
Shareholders who wish to have a matter addressed at the Annual General Meeting are welcome to submit their proposal to the Board of Directors by email to legal@mipsprotection.com or by ordinary mail to Mips AB, Att: AGM 2027, Rosenborgsgatan 4, SE-169 74, Solna, Sweden.
In order for a matter to be addressed at the Annual General Meeting, the matter has to be received by the Board of Directors no later than on 4 March 2027.
