At the Annual General Meeting held on 10 May 2023, the accounting firm KPMG AB as a registered public accounting firm was re-elected until the 2024 Annual General Meeting with Christel Caldefors (authorized public accountant and member of FAR) as new auditor-in-charge.
KPMG AB has been the company’s auditor since 2014.
The auditor is paid on account which is in line with resolution at the Annual General Meeting.
