MIPS AB Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 15 May 2018 at 3.00 p.m. CET at GT30 facilities, Grev Turegatan 30, Stockholm, Sweden.
The Annual General Meeting resolved in accordance with the Board’s and the nomination committee’s proposals. A total of approximately 33 per cent of the shares and votes in the company were represented at the meeting.
