Annual General Meeting 2020

The 2020 Annual General Meeting in MIPS AB (publ) was held on Thursday, 7 May 2020 at 3.00 p.m. at GT30, Grev Turegatan 30 in Stockholm, Sweden.

The Annual General Meeting resolved in accordance with the Board’s and the nomination committee’s proposals. A total of approximately 42 per cent of the shares and votes in the company were represented at the meeting.
