Annual General Meeting 2023

Mips Annual General Meeting was held in Täby, Sweden on Wednesday 10 May 2023.

The Annual General Meeting resolved in accordance with all of the Board’s and the nomination committee’s proposals. A total of approximately 55 per cent of the shares and votes in the company were represented at the meeting.
